Rural North House
Called this rural house like that for his orientation to the North with spectacular view to the mountain.
The indoor of the two houses is very confortable and big. Each house has 2 roomy bedrooms suited for 4 people.
The floor is made of authentic baked earth. The white drapery matches very weel with the colour of the woody ceiling.
Each bedrom has its bathroom. The design of the bathroom is special, with 3 diferent areas: water closet, washbasin and big shower.
The basic rusticity gives a sober and very castillian elegance
The living room of this house is very spacious and has a huge glass-wall which invites nature to get inside the house. Sitting on the couch in front of the window, you can enjoy great intensely the scenery. The living room of this house is really special, has a height of seven meters and below we appreciate the wooden ceiling of the roof.
Climbing the stairs to the upstairs there is a reading area, inviting contemplation and privacy. You have to be there, alone, without anyone bothering you.
The kitchen of the house features a contemporary style with all amenities for the most discerning urbanites (hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ...)
One of the best inventions of the cottages, the porch is a space that will surely come out many times to feel the mountain breeze.
In addition, following the porch, you can walk into a sidewalk terrace facade which limits the rural households. At a glance, you can have a look the whole farm and superb views of the surroundings.
The porch of this northern house is high and there is an interesting old iron bucket and glass, which serves to protect the entrance to the house of harsh north wind.

Briongos de Cervera
Pequeño pueblo a 65 kilómetros al sureste de Burgos, con unos paisajes y unas vistas naturales increíbles es Briongos de Cervera. Con una población aproximada de 31 habitantes, y unos 1.100 metros de altitud, se dice que el nombre de la villa de Briongos se debe a una planta bastante común por esas tierras, denominada "Nueza", y que en latín se llama "Brionia". Forma ayuntamiento con Ciruelos de Cervera, a 2,8 kilómetros de distancia, y próximo a Espinosa de Cevera.
